1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoons salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup cow's milk, Lala

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, and egg.
Pour the milk mixture into the bowl with the flour and stir with a whisk. The batter should have some small lumps.
Heat a large skillet until it is very hot, then make the pancakes by pouring the batter with a large spoon onto the skillet to the desired size.
Flip them with a spatula when bubbles start to form, to cook the other side. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
