Fluffy pancakes to enjoy with maple syrup and butter

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup cow's milk, Lala

  • In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, and egg.
  • Pour the milk mixture into the bowl with the flour and stir with a whisk. The batter should have some small lumps.
  • Heat a large skillet until it is very hot, then make the pancakes by pouring the batter with a large spoon onto the skillet to the desired size.
  • Flip them with a spatula when bubbles start to form, to cook the other side. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
