Pancakes with cheese and jalapeño

  • 2 cups Flour for Hot Cakes Tres Estrellas®
  • 1 3/4 cups whole milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 cup bacon, fried, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups Jalapeño chile, finely chopped

  • In a bowl, mix Tres Estrellas® Pancake Flour, whole milk, the egg, and butter using a whisk until combined and lumps are removed. Set aside.
  • Add the cheddar cheese, manchego cheese, fried bacon, and pepper to the bowl. Mix with a spatula until combined.
  • Pour a little of the pancake mixture onto a skillet, cook for 5 minutes on one side, flip and cook for 4 more minutes. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
  • Serve the pancakes on a flat plate and decorate with butter, jalapeño pepper, and maple syrup.
