In a bowl, mix Tres Estrellas® Pancake Flour, whole milk, the egg, and butter using a whisk until combined and lumps are removed. Set aside. Add the cheddar cheese, manchego cheese, fried bacon, and pepper to the bowl. Mix with a spatula until combined.
