Pancakes with Ham and Pineapple

  • 2 cups Flour for Hot Cakes Tres Estrellas®
  • 1 3/4 cups whole milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 12 slices Manchego cheese
  • 2 cups canned pineapple, in small cubes
  • butter
  • ketchup, for garnish

  • In a bowl, mix the Tres Estrellas® Pancake Flour, milk, egg, and butter in a bowl. Combine very well until integrated. Set aside.
  • Heat a little butter in a skillet over medium heat, pour a ladle of the mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Add a slice of ham, a slice of cheese, and a bit of pineapple, then cover with more pancake mixture and cook on low heat for 5 more minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat the same process with the remaining mixture.
  • Serve the pancakes with ham and pineapple on a plate and accompany with ketchup.
