Ingredients: 2 cups Flour for Hot Cakes Tres Estrellas®; 1 3/4 cups whole milk; 2 eggs; 12 slices deli ham; 12 slices Manchego cheese; 2 cups canned pineapple, in small cubes; butter; ketchup, for garnish

In a bowl, mix the Tres Estrellas® Pancake Flour, milk, egg, and butter in a bowl. Combine very well until integrated. Set aside. Heat a little butter in a skillet over medium heat, pour a ladle of the mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Add a slice of ham, a slice of cheese, and a bit of pineapple, then cover with more pancake mixture and cook on low heat for 5 more minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat the same process with the remaining mixture.
