  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 teaspoons vanilla essence

  • Place the banana in a deep bowl and mash it with a fork.
  • Add the egg, vanilla, and mix.
  • Place the oats in a blender until it has the consistency of flour.
  • Add the oats to the mixture and beat well.

  • Pour 1/4 of the mixture into the skillet and cook for about 1.5 minutes or until small bubbles form on the surface, then flip it, and cook for 1 minute (or until golden brown on both sides).
