  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, butter, and vanilla extract until well combined. Add the cereal and banana and mix well.
  • Pour a ladle of the mixture into a hot skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Serve 3 hot cakes on a plate and decorate with the glaze, a little whipped cream, banana slices, and cereal.
