These are pancakes with chia. The pancakes are drizzled with honey and chia. It gives the nutrients of chia to your breakfast but with your classic pancake breakfast.

1 cup cow's milk
1 cup flour
1 egg
250 grams butter
1 cup honey
4 tablespoons chia seeds

Whisk the flour with the egg in a bowl until fully incorporated.
Add the milk gradually until there are no lumps and it takes on a somewhat thick, not light, texture.
Place a skillet on the stove over medium heat, and add a bit of butter with a spoon.
Add a bit of the batter to the skillet, forming a circle, and flip it once the top is filled with bubbles.
Pour the honey into the serving dish and add the chia seeds just before serving.
Serve the pancakes on a plate and drizzle with the honey and chia.
