  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • butter, to cook the hot cakes
  • 2 cups whipped cream, for decoration
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, for decoration
  • 1/4 cups blackberries, for decoration
  • 1/4 cups raspberries, for decoration
  • maple syrup, to serve

  • In a bowl, mix the wheat flour with the sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, milk, egg, and vanilla. Beat until integrated and have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with the butter, using a ladle, form hot cakes, flip until bubbles form and they are golden.
  • Place the hotcakes one on top of the other, decorate with whipped cream, red fruits, and maple syrup.
