  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 envelopes Splenda
  • cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • Blend the oats on the lowest setting of the blender to form a flour.
  • Add 1 cup of almond milk, Splenda, a touch of cinnamon, and a tablespoon of vanilla extract.
  • Let it thicken for 15 minutes, then add half to 1 cup of almond milk; making sure the mixture is not too watery.
  • In a hot skillet, cook the hot cakes until the mixture is finished.
