Preparation
Blend the oats on the lowest setting of the blender to form a flour.
Add 1 cup of almond milk, Splenda, a touch of cinnamon, and a tablespoon of vanilla extract.
Let it thicken for 15 minutes, then add half to 1 cup of almond milk; making sure the mixture is not too watery.
In a hot skillet, cook the hot cakes until the mixture is finished.
Tips
Definitely delicious; especially when paired with fig jam, almond milk with coffee, and half an apple sliced.
