In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Combine the two mixtures.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking oil and pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles appear on the edges and flip.
Transfer them to a plate and serve with honey and strawberries.
