2 cups Betty Crocker® Buttermilk Pancakes, presentation of 453g grams
1 1/3 cups milk
McCormick® Strawberry Jam
2 cups white chocolate
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cups strawberries, in small cubes

Mix Betty Crocker® Buttermilk Pancakes and the milk with a whisk for 5 minutes, until there are no lumps and it has a thick consistency.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour the mixture with a ladle, then add a tablespoon of McCormick® Strawberry Jam and cover with a bit more pancake mixture; let it cook at medium temperature. When bubbles start to form on the pancake, carefully flip it. Cook for 4 more minutes or until it is very fluffy and remove from the skillet. Repeat this until the mixture is finished.
For the ganache: mix the white chocolate and the whipping cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for about 1 minute in 30-second intervals. Stir until everything is completely integrated and has a creamy texture, then add the strawberries and mix with the help of a spatula. Set aside.
Stack 3 jam-filled pancakes on a plate and decorate with creamy ganache and fresh strawberries.
