Mix Betty Crocker® Buttermilk Pancakes and the milk with a whisk for 5 minutes, until there are no lumps and it has a thick consistency. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour the mixture with a ladle, then add a tablespoon of McCormick® Strawberry Jam and cover with a bit more pancake mixture; let it cook at medium temperature. When bubbles start to form on the pancake, carefully flip it. Cook for 4 more minutes or until it is very fluffy and remove from the skillet. Repeat this until the mixture is finished.
