  • 4 egg whites
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups Ades® almond
  • 3/4 cups pancake mix
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • strawberries, for decoration
  • blueberries, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration
  • maple syrup, for decoration

  • Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks, set aside.
  • Beat the yolks with the sugar, vanilla essence, and cinnamon until they change color.
  • Gradually add AdeS® Almond, using a sieve to add the hot cake flour.
  • Gently fold in the egg whites, mixing carefully.
  • Grease a ring with a circumference of 10 cm.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the margarine, pour in the hot cake mixture, and cook for 3 minutes on each side, covered with aluminum foil.
  • Serve and decorate with strawberries, blueberries, mint, and maple syrup.
