  • In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, egg, milk, butter, and vanilla essence until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
  • Melt a little butter in a skillet, pour a bit of the hot cake batter, and shape it into a bear. Cook the bear-shaped hot cake for 3 minutes or until bubbles form, flip it, and continue cooking until well done.
  • Serve the bear-shaped hot cakes on a platter and accompany with red fruits and honey.
