Nutella Filled Pancakes

If you are a lover of Nutella and pancakes, this is the best combination you will ever try. Fluffy pancakes filled with delicious hazelnut cream, accompanied by bananas and walnuts. The tastiest thing you have ever tried!

  • 1 cup nutella
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • butter, for cooking the pancakes
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup icing sugar, for sprinkling
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

  • Place the Nutella in a pastry bag and on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form thick circles. Freeze for 1 hour.
  • For the pancake mixture, in a bowl mix the flour with the egg, milk, and melted butter. Whisk until combined.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with the butter, add a large tablespoon of the mixture, place a frozen circle of hazelnut cream in the center, cover with more mixture, and cook until it bubbles, flip, and finish cooking.
  • Serve 3 pancakes with some sliced banana, walnuts, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy.
