Oat Hot Cakes

Delicious healthy hot cakes without flour, made with oats, banana, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon. A simple and delicious recipe that you have to make at home and share with your whole family.

  • 1 cup oats, for hot cakes
  • 1 banana, for hot cakes
  • 3/4 cups cow's milk, for hot cakes
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, for hot cakes
  • 3/4 tablespoons baking powder, for hot cakes
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda, for hot cakes
  • 1/2 cinnamon sticks, for hot cakes
  • 1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence, for hot cakes
  • 1 egg, for hot cakes
  • butter, or a little oil, for cooking

  • Blend all the ingredients (except the egg) until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Add the egg and blend again.
  • Cook portions of about 12 cm in diameter in a hot skillet greased with butter or a little oil.
