1 cup oats, for hot cakes
1 banana, for hot cakes
3/4 cups cow's milk, for hot cakes
2 tablespoons sugar, for hot cakes
3/4 tablespoons baking powder, for hot cakes
1/4 teaspoons baking soda, for hot cakes
1/2 cinnamon sticks, for hot cakes
1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence, for hot cakes
1 egg, for hot cakes
butter, or a little oil, for cooking

Blend all the ingredients (except the egg) until you get a smooth mixture.
Add the egg and blend again.
Cook portions of about 12 cm in diameter in a hot skillet greased with butter or a little oil.
