Oatmeal and Cinnamon Pancakes

  • 200 grams San Juan® egg whites
  • 25 grams flour, oats or whole ground oats
  • 10 grams sugar
  • 5 grams cinnamon
  • 20 grams butter
  • 30 grams raspberries
  • 30 grams blueberries
  • 50 grams fig
  • 50 grams jam, sugar-free

  • Blend the oat flour with San Juan® Egg Whites, cinnamon, and sugar.
  • In a hot skillet with a little butter, add a small amount of the mixture at once, cook on both sides, and repeat the operation until the preparation is finished. Set aside.
  • Serve on the desired plate and accompany and decorate with chopped fruit and a little sugar-free jam.
