Pancakes with Ice Cream

  • 1 ball Strawberry ice cream

  • Pour all the ingredients into a bowl except for the butter spray and mix very well until achieving a homogeneous mixture.
  • Spray your pan with PAM butter spray and pour in circles at the center of the pan. Use a ladle to give it a better shape. The mixture should be enough for two good-sized pancakes.
  • Heat until the surface has bubbles before flipping it.
  • Serve your two pancakes with a scoop of strawberry ice cream and decorate with 1 maraschino cherry.
