Pour all the ingredients into a bowl except for the butter spray and mix very well until achieving a homogeneous mixture. Spray your pan with PAM butter spray and pour in circles at the center of the pan. Use a ladle to give it a better shape. The mixture should be enough for two good-sized pancakes.
