Pancakes with Yogurt

Try these fluffy pancakes with yogurt, as it is a practical, easy, and flavorful breakfast. Best of all, it has an amazing combination of Danone® Sweetened Greek Yogurt, flour, egg, monk fruit, and seasonal fruits, making it the ideal breakfast.

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon monk fruit
  • 1 cup N/A Yogurt griego endulzado Danone®
  • 1 egg 1 egg
  • 1/3 cups lactose-free milk 1/3 cups lactose-free milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted
  • coconut oil, in spray, for cooking the pancakes
  • 1 cup N/A Yogurt griego endulzado Danone®, for decoration
  • 1 cup mixed berries, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry 1 cup mixed berries, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry

  • Use a whisk to mix the flour, baking powder, monk fruit, Danone® Sweetened Greek Yogurt, egg, milk, and coconut oil in a bowl, being careful not to have any lumps. Set aside.
  • Add a bit of coconut oil spray to a pan, pour some of the pancake mix, and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
  • Serve three pancakes with yogurt on a flat plate, add a bit of Danone® Sweetened Greek Yogurt, and decorate with red fruits, enjoy!
