Use a whisk to mix the flour, baking powder, monk fruit, Danone® Sweetened Greek Yogurt, egg, milk, and coconut oil in a bowl, being careful not to have any lumps. Set aside. Add a bit of coconut oil spray to a pan, pour some of the pancake mix, and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
