  • 2 cups pumpkin sweet in syrup
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon REXAL® baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • butter, to cook the pancakes
  • maple Flavor D´Gari hot cakes syrup

  • candied pecans, for decoration
  • pumpkin sweet in syrup , in cubes, for decoration

  • Remove the pulp from the candied pumpkin, but without the seeds. Set aside.
  • Blend the candied pumpkin, milk, flour, REXAL® Baking Powder, ground cinnamon, and vanilla essence.
  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium-low heat, add a ladle of the pancake mixture and spread it until you achieve a thickness of 2 cm. Cook on both sides for 3 minutes and set aside.
  • Serve the pancakes, accompanied by D’Gari® Maple syrup, caramelized nuts, and candied pumpkin.
