  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 6 drops red food coloring

  • 2 cups frosting, cream cheese, for decoration
  • 1/2 cups raspberries, for decoration
  • 1 cup icing sugar, for decoration
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chips, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the hot cake flour with the egg, milk, tablespoon of butter, cocoa, and red dye. Whisk until completely incorporated.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with the butter, add a large spoonful of the mixture, cook until it bubbles, flip until well cooked.
  • Serve one hot cake and cover with a bit of cream cheese frosting, repeat until three layers are formed. Decorate with more frosting, raspberries, powdered sugar, and finish with chocolate chips.
