3/4 cups whole-wheat flour
3/4 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 cups cow's milk
1 egg
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 peaches
2 tablespoons sugar

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Set aside.
Pour the milk into the center of the mixture and mix with a fork until only small lumps remain in the batter. Do not overmix.
Heat a skillet and melt the butter. Add to the mixture. If it is too thick, add a little more milk.
Pour the mixture into the hot skillet and flip when small bubbles start to appear.
For the sauce: Remove the pit from the peach and place it in a pot, cover with water and add sugar. Let them cook over low heat until they are soft.
Blend the peaches along with the cooking syrup and strain if necessary.
