Peach and Quinoa Bowl

  • 2 Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, 150 g each
  • 2 Oikos® coconut yogurt, 150 g each
  • 3 peaches, in pieces
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cups quinoa, rinsed
  • 2 peaches, in slices, for decoration
  • 4 tablespoons almonds, sliced and toasted, for decoration

  • Blend the Natural Oikos® Yogurt and Coconut Oikos® Yogurt with the peach. Set aside.
  • Heat water in a small pot, add salt and quinoa. Cook the quinoa for 20 minutes on low heat, covered, or until cooked. Cool down.
  • Serve the yogurt mixture in bowls and garnish with some quinoa, peach slices, and almonds.
