2 Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, 150 g each
2 Oikos® coconut yogurt, 150 g each
3 peaches, in pieces
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups quinoa, rinsed
2 peaches, in slices, for decoration
4 tablespoons almonds, sliced and toasted, for decoration

Blend the Natural Oikos® Yogurt and Coconut Oikos® Yogurt with the peach. Set aside.
Heat water in a small pot, add salt and quinoa. Cook the quinoa for 20 minutes on low heat, covered, or until cooked. Cool down.
Serve the yogurt mixture in bowls and garnish with some quinoa, peach slices, and almonds.
