This delicious bowl of yoghurt with peach, quinoa and almonds is the best option as a snack at any time of the day. Do not miss it and prepare it, so you can enjoy a delicious creamy sensation.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of Yoghurt Natural Oikos® 150 gc / u
  • 2 pieces of Yoghurt de Coco Oikos® 150 gc / u
  • 3 pieces of peach in pieces
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 3/4 of Cup of quinoa rinsed
  • 2 pieces of peach in slices, to decorate
  • 4 spoonfuls of almond fillets and toast, to decorate

    Preparation

    Blend the Oikos® Natural Yoghurt and Coco Oikos® Yoghurt together with the peach. Reservation.
    Heat the water in a pot and add salt and quinoa. Cook the quinoa 20 minutes over low heat, covered or until cooked. Chill
    Serve the yoghurt mixture in bowls and decorate with a little quinoa, sliced ​​peach and almonds.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with fresh peach, quinoa and almonds.

    TIPS

    Rinse the quinoa very well before cooking it to remove the saponin.
