1 pineapple, ripe
2 piloncillos
4 sticks cinnamon
1/2 kilos masa dough
3 liters water

Peel and blend the pineapple with the water.
Strain directly into a pot, set aside a little, and bring the rest to a boil along with the piloncillo and cinnamon.
Dissolve the masa in the water you set aside and strain.
When the water in the pot starts to boil, gradually add the dissolved masa while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Boil for about 5 minutes and enjoy.
