For this cold a delicious hot pineapple atolito, try it and enjoy the great taste of pineapple.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 pineapple, ripe
  • 2 piloncillos
  • 4 rajas cinnamon
  • 1/2 kilos corn dough
  • 3 liters Water

Preparation

Peel and liquefy the pineapple with the water.
Strain directly into a pot and separate a little and the rest put it to boil along with the piloncillo and cinnamon.
Dissolve the dough in the water you separated and strain.
When you boil the water in the pot, you will add the dissolved mass while moving so that no lumps are formed.
Boil for about 5 minutes and ready to enjoy.

cuidado es delicioso pero se debe prepararcon muxo cuidado o la piña se puede amargar :(
