1 stick cinnamon
1 star anise pod
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup quinoa
4 tablespoons agave syrup
1/3 cups almonds, toast
1/3 cups blueberries
1/3 cups cranberries
peppermint, for decoration

In a pot over medium heat, heat the almond milk with cinnamon, vanilla, and anise.
Add the quinoa and let it cook for 10 minutes, sweeten with agave honey.
Let it cool, serve in a cereal bowl, add the blueberries, almonds, and decorate with mint.
