Start your day with all the energy with this delicious and nutritious bowl of quinoa with almond milk that will give you the necessary energy to carry out all your activities.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 4 tablespoons agave honey
  • 1/3 cups almond, toast
  • 1/3 cups blueberry
  • 1/3 cups cranberry
  • enough peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the almond milk with the cinnamon, vanilla and anise.
Add the quinoa and cook for 10 minutes, sweeten with the agave syrup.
Let cool, serve in a cereal bowl, add the blueberry, almonds, blueberries and garnish with mint.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl with blackberries and blueberries.

TIPS

You can add chia and flaxseed and make a more complete breakfast.
