Place the quinoa in a saucepan with the milk and sugar, and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add half of the coconut milk and continue to simmer until you see that the quinoa is ready and separates from the germ.
Remove from heat, add the rest of the coconut milk and stir while it cools. The consistency should be like creamy rice pudding; if it seems a bit dry, add a little more milk or coconut milk, as you prefer.
