Rainbow Pancakes

  • In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and set aside.
  • In another bowl, add the milk with the egg yolks and the melted butter. Using a whisk, beat until everything is incorporated for 5 minutes.
  • Incorporate the flour into the mixture of milk, egg yolks, and butter. Beat the egg whites for 5 minutes until they double in size, then gradually add the egg whites to the mixture in a folding manner.
  • Divide the mixture into 6 different containers and add each of the food colorings. Mix until you have 6 uniform colors.
  • In a non-stick pan, heat half a teaspoon of butter and pour the blue mixture using a ladle. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat and set aside. Repeat with each of the pancake colors.
  • Serve on a flat plate and between each pancake add a tablespoon of La Lechera® spreadable, and finally decorate with La Lechera® spreadable and the fruit.
