These delicious chilaquiles are an excellent option to start your morning, with a fried egg, it becomes the most complete dish for breakfast, serve it with orange juice.

2 guajillo chiles, deveined
1 árbol chile, deveined
3 tomatoes
1/2 onions
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 eggs
4 cups tortilla chips
1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cups queso fresco
onion, sliced for garnish
fresh cilantro, finely chopped for garnish

In a saucepan with water, boil the chiles and tomatoes for 5 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
In a blender, add the chiles, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and blend until everything is incorporated.
In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the oil, pour in the sauce, season with salt, cook for 10 minutes, add the epazote, and cook for 5 more minutes.
In a small skillet over low heat, add the oil, crack an egg, season with salt and pepper, and let cook for 5 minutes.
Serve the nachos with sauce, add the egg, add the cream, the fresh cheese, add the sliced onion and cilantro.
