Scrambled Eggs a la Mexicana

  • 2 tablespoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, seedless and diced
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

  • Heat the Margarina Primavera® Cocina with salt in a skillet and sauté the onion until translucent and slightly soft.
  • Add the tomato and serrano chili. Continue cooking until the tomato is soft.
  • Separately, beat the 4 eggs with the teaspoon of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Bouillon and pour into the skillet with the vegetables.
  • Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until the eggs are ready, then serve.
