  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 slice smoked salmon
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon dill, fresh and chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 cup Eva® spinach

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil with the onion, garlic, and salmon until perfectly cooked, add the egg to cook well, add the dill and season.
