Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, to cook the egg and Spinach Viva Eva®
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 slice smoked salmon
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • 1 tablespoon dill, fresh and chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup Spinaca Viva Eva®

Preparation

Heat a pan over medium heat, add the olive oil with the onion, garlic, salmon until it is perfectly cooked, add the egg to cook well, add the dill and season.
