Smoothie bowl with nuts

  • 2 bananas, in half
  • 1 cup mango, in medium cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups Oikos® Greek Yogurt Coconut-Mango 10g protein
  • 1/2 cups cashews
  • 1/2 cups almonds, sliced
  • peppermint, for decoration
  • comestible flowers, for decoration
  • amaranth, for decoration
  • cranberries, for decoration
  • strawberries, in slices, for decoration

  • Freeze the banana and mango for 5 hours or until firm.
  • Blend the banana, mango, honey, and Oikos® Greek Yogurt Coco-Mango with 10g protein. Keep refrigerated.
  • Toast the walnuts and almonds in a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes and set aside.
  • Place the mixture in a bowl and decorate the smoothie with walnuts, almonds, mint leaves, flowers, amaranth, blueberries, and strawberries.
