Fig and Almond Smoothie

A smoothie is a perfect breakfast for when you don't have time, but with this smoothie, you'll want to have it every day.

  • 5 figs
  • 12 almonds, toast
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 250 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda
  • 1/2 cups juice, pear
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder

  • In a pot with water, place the figs cut into quarters.
  • When it boils, add the sugar. Let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
  • When the figs are cool, blend them together with all the other ingredients.
