1 green apple
1 cucumber, peeled and seedless
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
5 ice cubes, optional
1 tablespoon vegetable protein powder, optional
Preparation

Disinfects, peels and chops all the ingredients. Add them to the blender.
Blend (except ice) for 2 minutes verifying that everything is well incorporated.
Once it is all incorporated add the ice and liquefy a little.
Serve and drink immediately.
