Green Monster

Smoothie to start the morning well, prepared with green fruits and vegetables to fill your mornings with energy and well-being. With this green smoothie you will feel much better.

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and seedless
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 5 ice cubes, optional
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable protein powder, optional

  • Disinfects, peels and chops all the ingredients. Add them to the blender.
  • Blend (except ice) for 2 minutes verifying that everything is well incorporated.
  • Once it is all incorporated add the ice and liquefy a little.
  • Serve and drink immediately.
