Smoothie to start the morning well, prepared with green fruits and vegetables to fill your mornings with energy and well-being. With this green smoothie you will feel much better.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and seedless
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 5 ice, optional
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable protein powder, optional

Preparation

Disinfects, peels and chops all the ingredients. Add them to the blender.
Blend (except ice) for 2 minutes verifying that everything is well incorporated.
Once it is all incorporated add the ice and liquefy a little.
Serve and drink immediately.

PRESENTATION

In a glass and with a straw.

TIPS

Add more ice cubes and it will look like a smoothie.
