100 grams spinach
6 egg whites
3 tomatoes
1 lime
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Cut the spinach leaves in half and the tomatoes into small cubes.
Place drops of olive oil in a cupcake pan to prevent sticking and put spinach, egg whites, and diced tomatoes in each cup.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Add salt, lemon, and pepper to taste.
