Spinach, Artichoke, and Cheese Sandwich

12 slices wholemeal Oroweat® bread
300 grams spinach
150 grams canned artichoke heart
100 grams Parmesan cheese
80 grams cream cheese
60 grams butter
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Low
In a hot skillet, add the butter and cook the spinach and artichoke hearts. Combine this mixture with the Parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread butter on one side of the sandwich and place it on the skillet, flipping it when it is golden and cooking the other side.
Spread cream cheese on both slices of Oroweat® Whole Wheat Bread.
Add the spinach, artichoke, and Parmesan on top of one slice of bread. Cover with another slice of bread.
Leave in the skillet until the Parmesan cheese has melted.
Cut in half and serve.
