1 glass cow's milk
1 teaspoon raisins
20 grams strawberries

At night, place the oats, sugar, raisins, and milk in a bowl or deep plate.
Cover it and store it in the refrigerator.
In the morning, chop the fruit, which in our case is strawberries, and pour it over the oats.
