Strawberry Smoothie with Oats and Sunflower Seeds

Prepare this delicious strawberry smoothie with oats and creamy yoghurt accompanied by blueberries and nutritious sunflower seeds. Ideal as a snack at any time of the day and all in just 10 minutes. Delicious!

  • 4 Oikos® strawberry yogurt, 150 g each
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds

  • Blend the Oikos® Strawberry Yoghurt together with the banana and ice cubes.
  • Mix the previous preparation with the oats and pour into bowls.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and sunflower seeds.
