2 bananas
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 cup ice cubes
1 1/2 cups oats
1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
4 tablespoons sunflower seeds

Blend the Oikos® Strawberry Yoghurt together with the banana and ice cubes.
Mix the previous preparation with the oats and pour into bowls.
Garnish with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and sunflower seeds.
