Prepare this rich strawberry smoothie with oatmeal and creamy yogurt accompanied by blueberry and nutritious sunflower seeds. Ideal as a snack at any time of the day and all in just 10 minutes. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of Strawberry Yoghurt Oikos® 150 gc / u
  • 2 pieces of banana
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1 Cup of ice
  • 1 1/2 cups of oats
  • 1 1/2 cups of strawberries cut into slices
  • 1 Cup of blueberry
  • 4 spoonfuls of sunflower seed

    Preparation

    Blend the Oikos® Strawberry Yoghurt along with the banana and the ice cubes.
    Mix the previous preparation with oats and pour in bowls.
    Decorate with fresh strawberries, blueberry and sunflower seeds.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with the fruit.
