Stuffed Nopales

Stuffed nopales are perfect for a healthy breakfast. It would be a complete breakfast and best of all, it tastes delicious too.

  • green salsas, sufficient amount
  • 2 nopales
  • 2 slices panela cheese

  • Cut the nopal by opening it in half but only in the center so that the filling doesn’t spill out.
  • Grill the nopal over low heat for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Insert a slice of panela cheese into the nopal.
  • Heat the sauce in a skillet and place the nopales in it for 5 minutes.
  • Serve them with sauce on top.
