Preparation
Cut the cactus open by half but only from the center so that the filling will not go out.
Grill the cactus on low heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Put a slice of panela cheese in the cactus.
Put the sauce to heat in a pan and put the nopales there for 5 min.
Serve them with sauce on top.
