Stuffed nopales are ideal for a healthy breakfast. It would be a complete breakfast and the best part is that it tastes delicious too.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • green sauces, sufficient quantity
  • 2 nopales
  • 2 slices panela cheese

Preparation

Cut the cactus open by half but only from the center so that the filling will not go out.
Grill the cactus on low heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Put a slice of panela cheese in the cactus.
Put the sauce to heat in a pan and put the nopales there for 5 min.
Serve them with sauce on top.

PRESENTATION

You can do it with the nopales chiquitos and serve it as a snack.
