5 tablespoons whole milk
1/2 tablespoons butter

In a bowl, mix the milk and eggs and beat with a fork.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium-low heat until it bubbles.
Add a little salt to the egg mixture and pour it into the pan.
As soon as the eggs start to cook, increase the heat to high.
With a spatula or wooden spoon, fold the eggs over themselves.
Once there is almost no liquid egg left, turn off the heat and serve on plates.
