  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • salt

  • In a bowl, mix the milk and eggs and beat with a fork.
  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium-low heat until it bubbles.
  • Add a little salt to the egg mixture and pour it into the pan.
  • As soon as the eggs start to cook, increase the heat to high.
  • With a spatula or wooden spoon, fold the eggs over themselves.
  • Once there is almost no liquid egg left, turn off the heat and serve on plates.
